Although I am using this to add additions to my journal, there are definitely moments when the thoughts running around in my head are things I can't add to this blog. It would probably make me more sane to be able to type it out, then to leave it running around in my head. But there are times when it is best to just bite my tongue.
One of the things I always tell myself and my children is . . . if there is something that is bothering you or a stress to you, take care of it now. Do what you can to make it better and then let it go.
Today I will not heed my own advice. I will just bite my tongue.
