I haven't looked at blogs in months! (years?) but had to find something and came across yours:) We watched this on Netflix a few weeks ago. So interesting! Now I want your meals and recipes!!!
Finding recipes and creating meals has been quite a process. And will continue to be for quite sometime. I checked out the Forks Over Knives book and cookbook from the library. Breakfast and snacks seem to be the easy step. Dinners have been a little more challenging but doable. I was a little bit concerned about my food budget but when you don't buy meat and milk and cheese and yogurt, there is plenty of money for fruits, veggies, beans and whole grains. Let me know if you have any questions. We are not perfect yet, but we are progressing.
